1) Stepping forward toward F with left leg bring both arms (as knife hands) above head crossed at the wrists (left is forward, palms facing left and right), come into a &ont stance, arms move down across body (hands become fists) to the sides. This is power. When the move is complete, you are a statue. It should feel as if a magnet is pulling you downward; nothing should be able to move you.

2) Relax. High front kick with right leg, front stance, “grab” around yourself (palms outward) and do a double block to the front. Fists should be shoulder height and palms are facing you (this is a power move). Become a statue.

3) Relax. High front kick with left leg, front stance, fists go to right hip (right over left, bones touching), fists then block in front of head (in an “X”). Something was coming down at your head and you’re stopping it. Become a statue.

4) “Grab” whatever you just blocked, pull “it” down to left side at the same time doing a high side kick with the right leg. Land into a back stance, right double knife hand block.

5) Pivot left toward R, back stance, left side block.

6) Left leg moves left into a front stance (still facing R), right middle punch.

7) Feet do not move, left high block. Be sure to use your waist.

8) Right hand moves up to left wrist, “grab” whatever you just blocked, pull “it” down to left side at the same time doing a high side kick with the right leg. Land into a back stance, right low double knife hand block.

9) Right leg moves right into a front stance (still facing R), left middle punch.

10) Pivot right toward L, back stance, right side block.

11) Right leg moves right into a front stance (still facing L), left n~iddle punch.

12) Feet do not move, right high block. Be sure to use your waist.

13) Left hand moves up to right wrist, “grab” whatever youjust blocked, pull “it” down to right side at the same time doing a high side kick with the left leg. Land into a back stance, left low double knife hand block.

14) Left leg moves left into a front stance (still facing L), right middle punch.

15) Pivot left toward X, fists come up crossed to right portion of chest, as left leg moves forward into a front stance fists do a lower “X” block. Left fist is on bottom, palms are outward, arms crossed at wrists. Someone just tried to give you a front kick and you blocked it. Feet stay where they are, fists stay crossed and come back to right waist, then they do a high “X” block in front of head (just like move 3).

16) In a moderate four-count, left hand is going to grab a hold while right fist cocks back. On the “four” of the count, yank back with left hand (it goes to waist) while doing a right middle punch, KIHAP.

17) Right leg is going to swing forward, the body will pivot left toward F (right leg is behind you in the air now), the right leg will swing forward and the right knee will cock up to your waist at the same time as bringing your arms up next to your left ear (fists crossed). The body will pivot again to the left now facing L, the right leg will stomp down hard on “person’s foot” at the same time as doing a low block with right arm. You are in a horse stance facing L.

18) The left leg is going to move left into a front stance facing X, knife hand strike with left hand.

19) The left hand will rotate to where the palm faces to the right; it has just become the person’s face. With left arm fully extended, slap your palm with the bottom of your right foot (toes up), pivot left toward R, pull left palm into right elbow with the right fist tucked inside left arm, land into a horse stance facing R.

20) The right leg will move to the right toward X dragging the left with it into a back stance pointed at F. At the same time as this, the right fist will do a backfist toward X while the left arm does a low block.

21) The right leg will move back toward X again dragging the left with it into a back stance pointed at F, and simultaneously doing a left double knife hand block.

22) The left leg moves left into a front stance facing F, right middle punch, KIHAP.
